Clients of our practice will have noticed that for a number of years we submit almost all documentation relating to pet’s visit electronically. We also keep our animal treatment books and retail records in this way. We print the documents we need – on both sides. This minimises the amount of paper we use.
Since January 2023 we keep all our accounting electronically!
Thanks to wFirma and their e-accounting solutions, in addition to the obvious financial benefits, we have reduced the number of accounting documents from 5-6 large folders per year to ONE small folder! 😊.
The most interesting use of paper is the shredder cuttings. Pictured – stray cat Arielka, who was staying at the practice before adoption and used a litter tray with shredded paper 😊.
A shelter in Poznań had a similar idea and announced it on their fb profile 🙂
